I was moved to create these affirmations to help aid us in dealing with changes, especially those that are unexpected and potentially unsettling.
Topic: Being open and flexible to change
Goal: By being flexible and having a positive attitude when changes occur, we not only deal with the unexpected in a better fashion, but we manifest better results through changes that enter our journey.
I am flexible with all that life brings me, keeping an open mind and a positive attitude toward all changes in my journey!

Living with integrity means:
- Not settling for less than what you know you deserve in your relationships.
- Asking for what you want and need from others.
- Speaking your truth, even though it might create conflict or tension.
- Behaving in ways that are in harmony with your personal values.
- Making choices based on what you believe, and not what others believe.

We do not believe in ourselves until someone reveals that deep inside us is valuable, worth listening to, worthy of our trust, sacred to our touch. Once we believe in ourselves we can risk curiosity, wonder, spontaneous delight or any experience that reveals the human spirit.

The colossal misunderstanding of our time is the assumption that insight will work with people who are unmotivated to change. Communication does not depend on syntax, or eloquence, or rhetoric, or articulation but on the emotional context in which the message is being heard. People can only hear you when they are moving toward you, and they are not likely to when your words are pursuing them. Even the choices words lose their power when they are used to overpower. Attitudes are the real figures of speech.
