		<description>I think that &quot;we are our own worst critics&quot; - We judge ourselves, beat ourselves up &amp; tend to be incredibly harsh on ourselves (sometimes this cruel self judgement is set off by an external stimulus, a person or a situation etc...).
I think it takes conscious commitment &amp; effort to practise kindness. Practise being KIND to yourself first!!! (quiet the voice of scathing self-judgement)- There is always room for self improvement and this work can be handled with kindness...This is perhaps the start of healing &amp; being able to offer true kindness to others...
